Affiliate Program – Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By joining the Fixapy Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) described below.
Fixapy may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the program constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

2. Account Terms

• You must be an Algerian citizen residing in Algeria.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide your real name, a valid email address, and any other required information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Only one affiliate account is allowed per person or entity.
• You may not use the program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not purchase Fixapy products through your own referral links.

3. Affiliate Links and Promotions

• Upon registration, you will receive a unique referral code, special tracking links, and official promotional materials.
• You must use them as instructed to ensure proper tracking and attribution of sales.
• Promotional tools should not misrepresent Fixapy or its products.

4. Commissions and Payments

• Commissions are earned when:
  • A customer clicks your referral link.
  • That customer makes a qualifying purchase in the same session at https://fixapy.shop.
• No commission will be granted if:
  • The sale isn’t tracked by our system (due to browser settings, expired sessions, etc.).
  • The product is returned, refunded, or the order is canceled.
• Minimum payout threshold: 1,000 DZD
• Commissions are withdrawable anytime once the minimum threshold is reached.
• Payouts are issued monthly via your chosen Algerian payment method.

5. Representation

• You may not issue any press release or public communication on behalf of Fixapy.
• You may not claim to officially represent or act on behalf of Fixapy in any capacity.
• You may not purchase through your affiliate links for personal gain.

6. Customer & Pricing Policy

• Customers who purchase via your referral links are Fixapy’s direct customers.
• All applicable policies, including pricing, product availability, and returns, apply.
• Do not display fixed prices on your content, as product prices may change.

7. Your Responsibilities

• You are fully responsible for your own website, content, and promotional efforts.
• Ensure that your activities are legal, respectful of copyrights, privacy, and Algerian digital laws.
• You must comply with data collection laws and disclose your use of cookies and affiliate links where required.

8. Legal Compliance

• You agree to comply with all applicable Algerian laws, especially related to electronic advertising and anti-spam regulations.

9. Termination

• Either you or Fixapy may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
• Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links, banners, and branding.
• If your balance exceeds 1,000 DZD, and all conditions are met, it will be paid out within 30 days.

10. Liability and Dispute Resolution

• Fixapy is not liable for indirect damages or revenue loss due to system failures.
• Fixapy’s maximum liability is limited to the total commission paid to you.
• Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration under Algerian jurisdiction.
